APRIL'S APPLE ROSE
This wine has the true characters of my daughter, April. It is a finely made wine that is vibrantly rich, brimming with delicious fruit notes and bright acidity. It has a sense of concentration, with ripe strawberry and red cherry fruits, with a crisp finish.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks & French oak barrels. Pleasant bouquet of pear, white flowers, and vanilla. Has a clean acidity and rich mouth-feel that makes it a perfect complement to light seafood or roasted poultry dishes.
2015 JOY WHITE
This refreshing 100% Vidal Blanc wine has beautiful aromas of peaches and pears. After being aged and fermented in stainless steel, it has a great balance between sweetness and acidity; perfect for a hot summer day or paired with spicy Asian or Middle Eastern dishes.
2014 JOY RED
This well balanced barrel-aged wine is perfect for summertime with its fresh, sweet finish, balanced with a touch of acidity; it may be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. This deep-colored Chambourcin leaves hints of spices and cocoa. Not too heavy on the palate makes this an easy drinking red. A fine complement to simple stews or ripened cheeses.
2014 PETIT VERDOT
Dried plum, nyon olive, and wildflowers emerge from this inky violet Petit Verdot. It is a wine in tension-- a linebacker in Armani. The characteristic acidity of the grape struggles to push through dense, satin tannins. Burnt chocolate, blackberry, tilled earth lingers on the palate
2013 TAVERN (500 ml)
This red garnet wine is our version of the famous aperitif port wine. It is made with 100% Touriga Nacional and aged 2 years in French and American Oak barrels. It possesses distinctive aromas of dark cherries and prune with a hint of sweet kumquat or orange peel. A beautiful pair with any kind of chocolate dessert, dried fruits, and nuts.
This well-balanced, medium-bodied, wine-aged in French and American Oak—has lots of black cherry. This Merlot is on the fruitier side and is complemented with smooth tannins, spice, and lingering fruit on the palate. An excellent pairing with barbeque or beef roast.
Riesling-based, with a sweet, juicy, green apple taste. Grandma’s apple pie never tasted so good. The smell alone is a crowd pleaser. Pairs great with cobbler.
Slightly sweet with a peachy-kick. This Riesling-based wine starts off with a distinctly light and refreshing taste. It’s sure to please in any setting from sitting on the porch sharing a bottle with friends or after dinner with vanilla ice cream.

HUNTING CREEK VINEYARDS
PURE LUCK VIOGNIER 2015
This wine is 100% viognier and has no residual sugar . Half of the wine completed malolactic fermentation in neutral French Oak barrels, making it a soft on the palate, with the other half aging in stainless steel for a crisp finish. The light pear bouquet highlights this refreshing white wine. Pairing suggestions: Asian, cajun, any seafood; pear, peach, melon or citrus dessert.
TEMPTATION /MERLOT 2013
This vintage of Temptation is slender in weight with a powerhouse of berry aroma. Layers of fruit flavors give this wine nice balance and bright fruit characters. Pairing suggestions: BBQ, pizza, beet salad or savory salad, pork, chicken, grilled fish.
This vintage of Indulgence is a blend of our estate grown Merlot and Petit Verdot. The wine aged in French oak for 20 months before bottling. We think you will appreciate the softness and depth of this Indulgence. Pairing suggestions: Steak and other hearty meat dishes, chocolate and hard cheeses.
We co-ferment our Petit Verdot with Viognier skins and then add 5% of our finished Viognier wine prior to bottling. The Viognier allows more floral bouquet also reducing some of tannin characteristics of the Petit Verdot, making this an exquisite marriage. Pairing suggestions: Steak, bold cheeses, dark chocolate, cherry, raspberry or chocolate desserts, bubble bath.
PINOT GRIGIO 2013
Refreshing and zesty, this exceptional vintage of our Pinot Grigio is typical of those found in Italy. Hints of lime and green apple lend a crisp acidity to this medium-bodied wine. Peach and mineral notes complete this delicate experience.
RAPIDAN RIVER DRY RIESLING
A long fermentation at low temperatures helps to ensure that the delicate, fruity nuances of the Riesling grape are retained in this popular wine. Creamy, full-bodied sensations linger on the tongue, further exposing the stone fruit and floral notes.
RAPIDAN RIVER PEACH
A Peachy Peach! Pair this wine with fruit based salads, Southern BBQ, and Spicy dishes!
